Your uploads

Pictures you add remain yours (or your licensor’s). We only use them to run your library and frame. Sharing a folder or picture grants the recipient a view (and save, if you allow it). That does not transfer copyright to Framewell or to them beyond that permission.

DMCA / takedown

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, write to privacy@mypicframe.com with:

• your contact details;
• the work you own and where it appears on mypicframe.com;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act; and
• your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove the material and tell the uploader. Repeat abuse can close an account. This notice is intended to meet 17 U.S.C. § 512 for a designated complaint channel.
